Extended abstracts and full papers must be written in English. When preparing the manuscript, be advised to use provided templates with predefined formatting styles. It is required to submit the manuscript as a *.docx file.
All authors must submit an abstract (2 pages) formatted according to the guidelines (guidelines) by April 30, 2024, to the Secretary of the Conference at piotr.brzozowski@zut.edu.pl.
Each author who submitted a publication to the Conference materials by May 15, 2024, shall submit the text of their article (in MS Word format – template available in the table above) to the Conference Secretary at piotr.brzozowski@zut.edu.pl. The article should be prepared in accordance with the conference guidelines.
Every author who submitted a publication to the journal 'Materiały Budowlane’ by May 15, 2024, shall submit the text of their article (in MS Word format) to the Conference Secretary at piotr.brzozowski@zut.edu.pl. The article content should be prepared in accordance with the journal’s guidelines
Every author who submitted a publication to the journal 'Composites Theory and Practice’ by May 15, 2024, shall submit the text of their article directly to the journal at https://kompozyty.ptmk.net/submit-article, including the comment: 'Article from ICSEFCM 2024 conference’ in the submission. Additionally, the article text in PDF format should be sent to the Conference Secretary at piotr.brzozowski@zut.edu.pl.
In the first step, Authors are asked to prepare the extended abstract.
Then, there are two ways of presenting the results of the work during the Conference:
oral presentation – after abstract acceptance Authors will be asked to prepare the full paper, which will be included in the proceedings.poster presentation – the extended abstract will be included in the proceedings.
